Client Service Agreement
This Agreement is between First Class Digital Web Ads (“Service Provider”) and [Client Name] (“Client”).
1. Services Provided
Service Provider agrees to provide website development, digital advertising management, and/or SEO services as outlined in the accepted proposal or invoice.
2. Payment Terms
•Deposit due before work begins
•Remaining balance due upon project completion
•Late payments may incur interest or fees
3. Client Responsibilities
Client will provide all requested materials (content, images, approvals) in a timely manner to avoid delays.
4. Revisions
[2] rounds of revisions are included per page or project section. Additional revisions will be billed separately.
5. Intellectual Property
Final designs are transferred to Client upon final payment. Service Provider retains the right to display work in their portfolio.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate with written notice. Payments made are non-refundable. Outstanding balances remain due upon termination.
7. Liability
Service Provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
